Just a quarter cup of quinoa contains other vital nutrients such as 20% of your recommended daily value of iron and magnesium (a mineral that can reduce migranes by relaxing blood vessels). Let's make a delicious quinoa-oatmeal breakfast dish.
Boil a cup full of quinoa for about 10 minutes until you see the seed open pop open and get fluffy.
Reduce the heat and add in some organic dried plums (also known as "
prunes") for their powerful antioxidant benefits.
Now, add in the muli-grain instant organic
